1. Agreement

By downloading, installing or using ONE MORE, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use ONE MORE. If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you.

2. Your account

• ONE MORE creates an anonymous guest account tied to a random ID generated on your device. You don't need an email or phone number.
• Keep your recovery code safe. If you uninstall the app or change devices without a recovery code, we may be unable to restore your progress.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account. Recovery codes are single-use and expire.
• Nicknames must follow section 4. We may reset nicknames that break these Terms.
• You can delete your account anytime at Settings → Privacy → Delete account (see DATA_DELETION.md).

3. License

AMCRAFTS grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use ONE MORE on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, under these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

ONE MORE, including its puzzles, puzzle generator output, artwork, the mascot "Nudge", logos, sounds, text and software, is owned by AMCRAFTS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights granted by applicable open-source licenses for third-party components, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the Service, except where the law expressly allows it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use cheats, bots, automation, macros, modified clients, emulated input or any tool that plays for you or gives you an unfair advantage;
• intercept, tamper with, replay or forge network requests, scores, answer hashes, timestamps or purchase tokens;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-download puzzles, answers or leaderboard data;
• share or publish Daily Challenge answers while that day's challenge is still open, in a way intended to let others cheat;
• create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards, friends lists, rewards or hint grants;
• choose nicknames that are offensive, hateful, sexual, harassing, impersonating, contain personal data (yours or someone else's), or infringe others' rights;
• interfere with, overload or attack the Service, or bypass rate limits or security measures;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Fair play, anti-cheat and leaderboards

To keep leaderboards fair, our server recalculates every score itself and checks results automatically, for example against impossible answer times, session timing and duplicate submissions. As a result:

• a result may be marked unranked (it still counts for your stats and streak where the game rules allow, but not for rankings);
• results played offline or synced late may not be ranked, and never earn speed points;
• accounts with repeated suspicious results may be hidden from leaderboards or suspended;
• we may remove or correct scores, ranks, achievements or rewards obtained through bugs, exploits or cheating.

Leaderboard positions have no monetary value, and we don't guarantee any specific ranking. If you think a decision about your account was wrong, contact us and we'll review it.

6. ONE MORE PRO subscriptions

• ONE MORE PRO is an optional auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play Billing, available as monthly (onemore_pro_monthly) and yearly (onemore_pro_yearly) plans. Prices, billing period, any free trial or introductory offer, and taxes are shown in the app and on the Google Play purchase screen before you confirm.
• Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and your Google Play payment method is charged, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Free trials: if offered, you're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Cancel anytime in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ONE MORE. The app's Pro screen links there too. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the current paid period. Deleting the app or your ONE MORE account doesn't cancel the subscription.
• Restore purchases: use Pro → Restore purchases while signed in to the same Google account.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies and your local consumer law. Request them through Google Play.
• Price changes are announced through Google Play under its rules, and you can cancel before they take effect.
• What Pro includes (such as no ads, Hard Mode, unlimited Quick Play, extra hints, the extra streak shield, advanced stats, Brain Profile trends and extra themes) is described in the app and may change over time. We'll never remove core paid benefits in the middle of a paid period without a fair alternative or a pro-rated remedy where the law requires it.
• Pro is designed not to be pay-to-win: the Daily Challenge rules, puzzles and scoring are the same for everyone in a group, and Hard Mode has its own separate leaderboard.

7. Hints, rewards and virtual items

• Hints, hint balances, streak shields, bonus Quick Play puzzles, achievements, scores and similar in-game items are virtual items. They are licensed to you for use in ONE MORE only.
• Virtual items have no cash value and can't be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged for money or anything of value. They're not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Hints and bonuses you earn from rewarded ads are granted only after the ad completes, subject to daily limits shown in the app.
• We may change, rebalance or cap virtual items (for example daily limits) to keep the game fair. When your account is deleted or terminated, your virtual items are lost.

8. No gambling

ONE MORE contains no gambling, betting, loot boxes or real-money prizes. Nothing in the game can be exchanged for money. Leaderboard ranks and achievements are for fun and bragging rights only.

9. Brain Profile & puzzle content — entertainment only

The Brain Profile, category ratings, stats and any other scores are a gameplay profile based on how you play ONE MORE. They are for entertainment only and are not a scientific, psychological, educational, medical or IQ assessment. Don't rely on them to make decisions about health, education, employment or anything else. ONE MORE isn't a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

Some puzzles use optical illusions, fast flashes, distractions and time pressure. If you have photosensitive epilepsy or a similar condition, consult a doctor before playing, and use Settings → Reduced motion. Stop playing if you feel unwell.

We work hard to make sure puzzles and translations are correct. If you find an error, use Report puzzle. We may correct puzzles and recalculate affected results.

10. Advertising

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob, as described in the Privacy Policy. Ads are third-party content, and AMCRAFTS isn't responsible for advertisers' products or websites.

11. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties such as Google Play, Google AdMob and (optionally) Firebase. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services.

12. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update, add or remove features, puzzles, languages or content, and may suspend the Service for maintenance. We may change these Terms. If we do, we'll update the effective date, and for material changes we'll notify you in the app. Continuing to use ONE MORE after changes take effect means you accept them.

13. Suspension and termination

You can stop using ONE MORE and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, hide results or reset progress if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or where the law requires it. Where appropriate, we'll tell you why.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We don't guarantee that your streak, progress or data can never be lost (for example after uninstalling without a recovery code). Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived under your local law.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMCRAFTS and its affiliates, officers, employees and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, streaks, virtual items, profits or goodwill arising out of or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid AMCRAFTS for ONE MORE PRO in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50 (or the equivalent in local currency). These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify AMCRAFTS against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

17. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver. You may not assign these Terms, but we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and AMCRAFTS about the Service.
